Can I add my company name and logo to the MS Word products I purchase?

Yes you can! With our license agreement you may make as many edits to a MS Word purchased product that you wish. However, our license agreement does not allow you to convert any PDF format products into any other software format.

Can I share the link for my purchased products with others?

You may only share the purchase products with employees of your company. You may make as many copies of the forms and materials contained in the purchased item or program as long as they are only used by you and/or for the employees of your company in the performance of their duties as your employee. (Application forms or other pre-hiring documents may be used by individuals seeking employment with your company for the sole purpose of obtaining employment with your company. Can I make copies of the eBooks, eArticles, and your newsletters for distribution to my employees?

You may copy and distribute copies of eBooks, eArticles, the HR Compliance Coach newsletter articles, and other copyrighted material as long as they are only used by you and/or for the employees of your company in the performance of their duties as your employee.  HRToolkitsOnline.com™ copyright line must appear on all copied materials. How long does it take to receive downloadable products?

What is your return policy?

We guarantee your satisfaction! If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us at info@HRToolKitsOnline.com.  Most downloaded items are not returnable, but we will listen to your comments and do our best to accommodate your request.
